About Elevated Sport and Spine
True health is more than pain relief
At Elevated Sport and Spine, we believe health is about empowering you to move, feel, and live better every day, not just getting you through the next flare-up. Our clinic combines expert hands-on care with individualized movement strategies to address your whole self, not just your symptoms.
Whether you're overcoming pain, optimizing performance, or protecting an active lifestyle you've worked hard for, every visit here is a full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Taylor Wolf. No assistants, no exercise sheets handed off to a tech, no five-minute adjustments, just focused care with a clear end goal.

Why we don't take insurance
Your care shouldn't be designed by an insurance company
Insurance-driven care has a shape: short visits, generic protocols, and treatment decisions filtered through what a reimbursement code allows. We opted out, not to be contrarian, but because the model can't deliver the kind of care that actually fixes things.
Being cash-based lets us give every patient a full hour, choose the right tools for the problem instead of the covered ones, and build plans that end. Most patients finish care in fewer total visits, and HSA and FSA funds apply. You'll always know exact pricing before you commit to anything.
Our approach: simple, deliberate, proven
- 01
Reduce restrictions, improve mobility
Regain control of your body's foundational systems. Hands-on care, adjustment, dry needling, shockwave, calms pain and restores the motion your joints and tissue have been missing.
- 02
Reprogram movement
Build resilience and efficiency through precise, individualized strategies. This is where we retrain the compensation that created the problem, so relief becomes lasting change.
- 03
Optimize function
Strengthen and load the corrected patterns for long-term success. You graduate when the fix holds up under your real life: sport, work, and everything between.

Rooted in the valley
Our clinic sits in the Brickyard district on Salt Lake City's east side: at the crossroads of Sugar House, Millcreek, and Holladay, with quick access from I-80 and I-215. Patients drive in from across the Wasatch Front, from Draper to Park City, because an hour of focused care beats three rushed visits closer to home.
Frequently asked questions
Because your care should be guided by what's best for you, not by what an insurance company will reimburse. Insurance-driven care means short visits, generic protocols, and treatment decisions made by someone who's never met you. Cash-based care lets us give you a full hour, use the right tools, and finish the plan in fewer total visits. Many patients end up spending less than they would wrestling a high-deductible plan.
